Role Overview: This position involves providing assistance in all food service functions, ensuring adherence to policies, proper meal presentation, and resident satisfaction.

• Responsibilities: Serve food according to portion control and dietary requirements, assist with meal setup and delivery, verify meal accuracy, and maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Support food preparation, inventory management, and snack delivery, while following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Perform kitchen utility duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe, clean environment in all dining areas.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings to meet departmental standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma, 0-3 years in food service or hospitality, Serv Safe certification preferred. Must communicate effectively, understand therapeutic diets, and handle multiple tasks. Ability to interpret instructions, interact positively with residents and team members, and demonstrate a professional demeanor.
