Responsibilities Include

• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure compassionate, effective care.
• Participating in discharge planning for continuity of care.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TEAM/CPI, and NIH Stroke Scale.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
