This role is for an Internal Agency RN Clinical Nurse - Acute Care responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

Key duties include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), utilizing evidence-based practices, and fostering patient-centered relationships that respect cultural diversity. The nurse collaborates effectively with team members, documents care accurately, and promotes safe, quality outcomes.

They support performance improvement initiatives, participate in shared governance, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to develop a skilled workforce.

Qualifications include a minimum of an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license (single-state or multi-state), and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Required experience is at least one year, with two years preferred.

Additional responsibilities involve resource management, protocol development, and compliance with healthcare standards and policies.

Shift options include days and nights, with scheduling at the unit level, and participation in a 13-week surge assignment is mandatory.
