Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, provide wound care and patient education, monitor and report changes in patient condition, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as needed.
