Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare team members.
Qualifications: active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD test, and ability to meet physical requirements (reasonable accommodations considered).
