Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview: Provide high-quality nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, supporting patient health and safety in various healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD test within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
