Role Overview: This position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Child & Adolescent Services, focusing on developing, supervising, and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead by example in treatment plan development, assessment, and reviews; supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians; provide direct therapy when needed; develop behavior plans; manage insurance authorizations and billing; ensure safety and a positive environment; conduct parent meetings; assist in staff hiring and training; and manage caseloads of 5-7 clients based on location.

Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology or related field; BCBA certification; licensure as required; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder; strong communication skills; ability to lift 50 pounds; and cultural competency.
