Role Overview: This position involves performing asbestos analysis using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) on environmental samples, including bulk and air samples, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Prepare and analyze asbestos samples following scientific and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate laboratory equipment with discretion and judgment.
- Validate, review, and report data accurately via Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Maintain quality control through reference materials and proficiency testing.
- Support client service and technical inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- Manage sample workflow, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Train new analysts and contribute to process improvements.
- Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Minimum of 1+ years of asbestos microscopy experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Biology, or related sciences, or TEM asbestos training.
- Experience with Transmission Electron Microscopy preferred.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
