Role Overview: The D1 Training Coach / Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering high-energy, performance-focused training to athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate: A motivated coach eager to develop athletes, lead groups, and grow within an elite coaching environment dedicated to performance, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach group sessions for youth, adults, and teams, focusing on strength, speed, agility, power, and conditioning.
- Teach proper technique, monitor movement quality, and modify exercises based on athlete ability.
- Assess athlete progress, maintain safety standards, and build strong relationships with athletes and families.
- Create a motivating environment, uphold facility standards, and ensure punctuality.
- Deliver industry-leading instruction and contribute to athlete development.
- High school or collegiate sports background and at least 2 years of strength and conditioning or related experience.
- Previous coaching experience with groups or teams.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, NSCA, CSCS).
- Strong knowledge of exercise technique, movement mechanics, and athletic performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and coachable with a passion for athlete development.
