Role: Laboratory Analyst responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting solid samples using Glow Discharge Mass Spectrometry (GDMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare samples including metals, powders, ceramics, and coatings using various tools and acids.
• Perform analyses and generate detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain compliance with ITAR regulations and company standards for information security.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science, chemistry, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with testing instrumentation such as microscopes, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and gas analyzers.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and collaborative skills.
• Proactive in self-development and capable of managing conflicts effectively.
  
  

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and operate lab equipment.
• Must handle small, fragile devices and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity and willingness to wear PPE are required.
