Role Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be the primary laser expert in the studio, responsible for administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing operational activities. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments following established protocols.
• Maintain safety standards, treatment guidelines, and accurate client records.
• Build trust with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication about treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals and foster a positive studio culture.
• Perform light cleaning and administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
• Stay current with licensing requirements and complete ongoing training.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license.
• Effective, client-centric communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with treating and interacting with clients' skin and anatomy.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, lift weights, and operate laser equipment.
