Join a dynamic perioperative team through our RN Operating Room Training Program, designed for newly graduated nurses or those transitioning into perioperative nursing.
Responsibilities: Gain skills in intraoperative nursing roles, surgical procedures, asepsis, patient safety, and teamwork. Develop competency in circulating and scrub roles, manage surgical instruments, respond to intraoperative emergencies, and advocate for patient dignity. Participate in didactic learning, hands-on clinical training, preceptorship, and quality improvement initiatives to prepare for independent perioperative practice.
Qualifications: Valid California RN license, BLS certification, NIHSS credential within 30 days, and 0-14 months nursing experience (including no experience).
Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to adapt to variable start times and participate in on-call rotations, including overnight and weekend shifts.
