Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) in this position provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on cardiac telemetry and congestive heart failure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
  • Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, promoting patient engagement in care.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) from an accredited program.
  • Less than one year of clinical experience; direct patient care experience preferred.
  • Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
  • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS, with instructor and provisional certifications preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
