Role: Medical Transportation Driver
Responsibilities: Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers including those with mobility needs, conduct vehicle safety checks, secure riders, maintain trip records via digital platform, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations.
