Role Overview

This position involves providing virtual primary care through tele-health visits, including phone triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups. The clinician will engage in ongoing learning via Clinical Rounds and collaborate with virtual and in-office team members through daily huddles, delivering evidence-based care tailored to patients' needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with patients of all ages
• Current license in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend shifts
• Proficiency in technology and evidence-based primary care practices
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
