Role: Primary Care Physician focusing on geriatrics, providing longitudinal, relationship-based care for adults aged 65+.
Responsibilities: Manage your own patient panel with a goal of 1500 patients for full-time; conduct unhurried visits averaging 2-2.5 patients per clinical hour; utilize AI-assisted charting and care infrastructure such as CCM, APCM, and RPM; allocate paid administrative time; and ensure high-quality, accessible care tailored to seniors.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $300,000 to $500,000+ with guaranteed hourly base pay, paid administrative time, production upside through wRVU, and performance bonuses. Benefits include a healthcare stipend, 401(k) match, CME and licensing support, PTO, employer-paid malpractice/license fees, schedule flexibility, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications & Skills: Active CA medical license or eligibility, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, active DEA, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. Schedule is flexible at 3-5 days/week, with protected days.
Key Duties: Provide personalized, relationship-based primary care to seniors, leveraging care coordination infrastructure, maintaining autonomy, and fostering strong patient relationships in a community-focused setting.
