Qualifications & Skills
- ASN/BSN degree and active RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year recent OR experience.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS (if applicable).
- Exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and pass background and drug screening.
- Prepare OR, verify supplies, and ensure sterile environments.
- Perform preoperative assessments and surgical counts.
- Administer medications and monitor patient status.
- Assist with patient positioning and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document care in electronic health records.
