We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for an overnight, full-time role providing support in a substance use and mental health treatment environment.

Responsibilities include

• supervising clients, monitoring safety, completing observations, and documenting care
• recognizing and responding to behavioral, emotional, or medical concerns
• providing crisis support and assisting with medication management
• maintaining a safe, organized environment and supporting client needs
• following treatment plans and ensuring confidentiality
• communicating updates to the team and completing required training
  
  

Qualifications include

• a high school diploma or equivalent
• preferred experience in behavioral health or related fields
• valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• ability to stay alert during overnight shifts and work independently within a team
