Role: MRI Technologist responsible for producing high-quality MRI images and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Duties

  • Operate MRI equipment following established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Interpret and validate images using HIS, RIS, PACS systems; organize patient information and reports.
  • Interview patients to gather medical history, ensure MRI safety, and assist during exams.
  • Identify patients accurately and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
  • Recognize normal and abnormal imaging findings; report to radiologists or supervisors.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and document any failures or safety issues promptly.
  • Start IVs, escort patients, and observe/report patient reactions during procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School diploma or GED; completion of an accredited radiologic or MRI program.
  • ARRT (Radiography) or ARMRIT (MRI) registration within one year.
  • Preferred minimum of one year MRI technologist experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from recognized organizations.
