Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a float pool setting across various specialized units, including ICUs and ERs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment needs.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma in Nursing.
• RN license required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred.
