Position Overview

Provide specialized nursing care in an emergency services setting, ensuring patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, respect, and compassion. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, timely interventions and support patients through critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for emergency department patients.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support techniques.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in emergency care.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
