Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and evaluates staff performance, manages staffing based on patient acuity, and coordinates care delivery.
- Develops and implements patient care strategies, addresses operational issues, and recommends policy improvements.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards, participates in quality improvement activities, and fosters a culture of patient satisfaction.
- Assesses department needs, manages resources, and maintains equipment and facility safety.
- Supports staff development through coaching, discipline, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ technical nursing experience, with supervisory skills.
- Current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making abilities.
