Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, supervising nursing services, and managing staff performance through feedback and evaluations. The role involves direct patient care when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support patient recovery.

Qualifications Include

• Current RN licensure in the required state
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within the first year
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or supervisory roles, responsible for reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes
