The Hand Therapist will assist in orthopedic patient care by developing, implementing, and evaluating therapy treatment programs under the supervision of the Hand Therapy manager.

Key Duties Include

• Assessing and planning patient treatments in collaboration with medical staff.
• Administering treatments per physician instructions and consulting with medical professionals.
• Recommending policies and procedures for hand therapy services.
• Monitoring patient progress and maintaining detailed records.
• Educating patients and families on self-care and exercise routines.
• Participating in clinical education and assisting in treatment planning with colleagues.
• Contributing to organizational improvements and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.
• Staying current through continuing education and literature.
• Adhering to confidentiality, legal, and professional standards.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
