- Serving as a resource for staff, managing complex patient needs, and supporting team efforts.
- Celebrating patient milestones and progress.
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and teamwork.
