Position Overview: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate nursing care in a senior living environment, ensuring residents receive safe, personalized treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to deliver quality care, administer medications and treatments as per care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, fostering a comfortable and respectful environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid, unencumbered state LPN license, with at least one year of experience preferred. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus. Must demonstrate compassionate character, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
