Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Kodiak Island, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population across the lifespan in a critical access hospital.
• Cover outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility units, with potential to float within scope.
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation.
• Participate in wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric specialties as needed.
• Work a day shift schedule, 5 days per week, with no weekend or on-call duties.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active Alaska or compact license.
• Experience with Epic EMR required; pediatric/adolescent experience preferred.
• Ability to float between different units and facilities within the state.
  
  

Key Duties

• Deliver outpatient rehabilitation to patients of all ages.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals.
• Work during major holidays as required and submit time-off requests upfront.
