We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment focused on providing rehabilitation services.

• Assess referred patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals, adjusting as needed.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to physician directives.
• Evaluate patient progress, document conditions, and modify care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve patient care objectives.
• Educate patients and families on physical therapy methods and safety.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Passage of the NPTE and current state licensure or in the application process.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Current CPR certification.
