Role: Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, and swallowing disorders in various patient populations within an acute care setting.

• Perform screenings, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families about speech and swallowing impairments.
• Report progress and ensure accurate documentation following regulatory and insurance guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months experience (new grads encouraged), with BLS, ASHA-SLP National Certification, and state-specific licensure. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks related to the role. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.

Key Duties: Evaluate and manage speech, language, and swallowing issues; create therapy plans; conduct voice or speech screenings; and provide patient and family education.
