- Providing specialized nursing care in labor and delivery units
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort during childbirth and postpartum
- Monitoring fetal and maternal health, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Valid nursing license with relevant experience in labor and delivery
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Providing direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
- Assisting with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
- Educating patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
