Role: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant
Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting, supporting patient rehabilitation and recovery efforts. Ensure compliance with treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant, with relevant clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills are essential.
