Role: A travel Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities: Develops personalized treatment plans, implements therapy techniques, operates specialized equipment, assesses patient progress, collaborates with healthcare teams, educates patients and caregivers, maintains safety and documentation, and participates in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Must have physical ability to assist patients and operate equipment safely, and mental capacity to handle fast-paced environments.
Key Duties: Evaluate patients, create treatment programs, apply therapy techniques, ensure safety, document outcomes, work with multidisciplinary teams, and support patient education and discharge planning.
