Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT - Skilled) responsible for patient assessment, developing individualized care plans, and applying therapy techniques to restore function and reduce pain.
Key Responsibilities: Review medical histories, evaluate patient mobility, monitor progress, modify treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapist license (PT or PT (Compact) accepted), BLS certification, experience in skilled care settings preferred, and ability to work in any color scrubs or business casual attire.
