We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel position in Canton, Ohio.

- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Ability to support safe patient care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
- Maintain infection control and safe medication practices
- Perform focused patient reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
- Coordinate patient activities with healthcare team members
- Work 36 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts
- Support safe care transitions and effective communication
- Follow infection prevention protocols and medication safety standards
- Reassess patients and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and team members for patient care
- Strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to perform focused assessments and prioritize patient safety
