Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med Surg setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, develops and communicates individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Participates in professional development and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license, a nursing diploma or associate's degree, with preferred Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience. Critical skills include clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. Experience in a surgical or medical environment is advantageous.

Key Duties: Work part-time on two 12-hour night shifts weekly, including every 4th weekend and holiday rotation.
