Role: Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Clinical Fellowship School setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech therapy strategies into the classroom. Maintain accurate, confidential student records and support students’ academic and social development.
Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, valid state SLP license, CF SLP accepted, and three professional references. Preferred experience includes working in school, early childhood, or pediatric settings, with strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with diverse teams.
Key Duties: Assess students, develop therapy plans, deliver therapy, document progress, and train staff on therapy strategies. The role requires a passionate, motivated individual committed to student success and team collaboration.
