Role Overview: A travel Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise PTAs and support staff
• Bill and document accurately following facility and insurance guidelines
• Comply with state-specific PT board regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel to ensure coordinated care
• Assess patient needs, create and modify care plans accordingly
• Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
• Use medical systems effectively for daily tasks
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged to apply
• BLS certification and state licensing required
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  
  

Additional Details: The role involves working 8-hour days, with employment in a travel capacity. Additional certifications may be required prior to assignment.
