Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) provides urgent care for patients with various illnesses or trauma, requiring quick assessment and decisive intervention.

Responsibilities: Assess, stabilize, and treat trauma and medical conditions, prioritize injuries based on triage, and make rapid, accurate judgments regarding physical and mental health. Recognize life-threatening situations and respond effectively to diverse emergencies.

Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, and at least 18 months of recent acute care ER experience. Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required. Knowledge of triage procedures and ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential.
