Role Overview: A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication success.
• Conduct evaluations, track student progress, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Texas SLP license required.
• Experience in school-based therapy preferred; new graduates (CFYs) encouraged to apply.

Additional Details: This full-time role offers a pay rate of $50.00 – $58.00/hour, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working days in a school environment. The position involves participating in evaluations, developing communication plans, and supporting students' speech and language development.
