Seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) position in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
This full-time role involves providing patient care in a SNF setting, focusing on maintaining high productivity and collaborating with staff to meet patient goals.
Key responsibilities: Deliver skilled therapeutic services, adhere to facility policies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Valid state license, degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, minimum of 2 years SNF experience, and willingness to start immediately.
Preferred skills include experience with post-acute elderly care and familiarity with productivity expectations at 90%. Float rotation may be required.
Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, at least 40 hours weekly.
