Role: Occupational Therapist in a school setting, providing in-person therapy services to K–12 students.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student participation, independence, and success; collaborate with educators, families, and service providers; maintain accurate documentation; communicate student progress and recommendations.
Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy; active Oregon OT license; fingerprint clearance for K–12; school-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred.
Skills & Key Duties: Support students' developmental and educational needs, promote positive outcomes, and foster independence; work closely with educational teams; ensure proper documentation and communication.
