We are seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide rehabilitation services in a supportive environment using progressive treatment modalities.
• Ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
• State licensure in the applicable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Previous SNF rehab experience preferred.
