Seeking passionate Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient roles in Columbia, Missouri. This position offers 100% outpatient care with Monday to Friday hours, managing 16-18 patients daily, with top producers seeing up to 25.
Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care, collaborate with subspecialists (notably Women's Health and Geriatrics), and participate in flexible scheduling options, including 4 or 5-day workweeks and moonlighting hospitalist shifts.
Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and a dedication to patient-centered care. Experience or interest in subspecialties preferred but not required.
Benefits & Compensation: Competitive base salary with earning potential in the 90th percentile, guaranteed salary, productivity, value-based bonuses, signing bonuses, and up to $100k in student loan repayment and residency stipends.
