We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU position, responsible for providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to standards; developing individualized care plans; educating patients and families on illness management, post-care needs, and medication use; promoting patient safety and quality compliance; collaborating with the healthcare team; and addressing patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.

• Qualifications: Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience necessary, but less than two years of experience is preferred. Must hold an active RN license.
