Role: The Inpatient Assistant Nurse Manager in Psychiatry supervises and coordinates patient care, staff management, and departmental operations in a hospital setting.

• Responsibilities: Hire, train, evaluate staff, and ensure productivity aligns with departmental goals. Develop and oversee staffing plans, budgets, and resource management. Implement and monitor patient care plans tailored to patients' age and needs, ensuring safety and quality standards. Lead staff meetings, manage payroll and documentation, and address performance issues. Support a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a focus on safety and high-quality care.
• Qualifications: BSN degree, RN licensure, and 2+ years of inpatient psychiatric experience required. Preferred candidates have 5-10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
