Role Overview: The Dental Hygienist provides preventive and educational dental care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and patient education.
• Build lasting patient relationships within an established, loyal patient base.
• Collaborate with a large, team-oriented practice using modern technology.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health standards, including CPR and TB testing.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, medical history documentation, and patient screening.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Preferred experience with digital tools and ongoing professional growth; new grads welcome.
  
  

Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties, lift up to 45 lbs, sit/stand for long periods, and attend periodic training sessions.
