Role: Provide intermediate-level neurological nursing care on a specialized hospital unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, post-surgical needs, and strokes.
• Perform frequent neuro assessments and monitor patient status.
• Manage IV drips, telemetry, and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes.
• Support safe transitions of care and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
