Requirements

• Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure.
• Providing education to patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Supporting safe care transitions through handoffs and updates.
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns appropriately.

• Work 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts.
