Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Physical abilities include lifting, moving equipment, and maintaining safety standards. Sensory and motor skills are essential for effective therapy delivery.
Key Duties: Use tests and exams to determine patient needs, adjust treatment plans, operate therapy equipment, document care, and coordinate with other professionals. Provide patient education and ensure a safe, effective therapy environment.
