Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, establish realistic goals, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate care.

Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, have at least one year of experience, hold or be in the process of obtaining a current state license, and maintain CPR certification.
